Guarantee
Eagle Emblems offers a fifteen (15) day customer satisfaction guarantee. Customers may return any item within 15 days from the delivery of the merchandise for a full refund (minus shipping charges). Clearance items, books and Starter Patch Sets may not be returned.

Returns/Exchanges
Eagle Emblems will happily exchange or refund any unworn and undamaged item. All returns must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and be returned to Eagle Emblems within 15 days of receipt of the original purchase. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package or it will not be accepted. The items being returned must be shipped back through the U.S. Post Office, at the customer’s expense. All merchandise will be inspected and must be free from damage, alterations, or wear. Customers will receive a refund for the full amount of the items excluding the original shipping expenses. Credit card purchases will be electronically credited from Eagle Emblems to your account within 2 days of return receipt. Other payments or refunds by Eagle Emblems will be issued by corporate check within 5 business days. Exchanges will be processed similar to returns. Any balance owed will be refunded within 5 business days. Clearance items, books and Starter Patch Sets may not be returned.

Shipping
Items that are in stock will be shipped within two business days of confirmation of your order. In the event an item is out of stock, the customer will be contacted and informed as to the estimated time of delivery. No charges will be made to the credit cards unless the customer agrees to the delay. Billing will occur at shipping. Customer will be notified of any delays via e-mail. All packages will be shipped via UPS, or US Mail.
